Practiced yoga for 18 years
Fiona has practiced
yoga for 18 years but only trained to be a teacher in 2016.
has worked on bodies with her therapies for over 20 years and has always
given her clients yoga postures to do following their treatments with her.
So once her children finished education she decided it was time for her to
finally become a teacher.
She studied at RedHotYoga in Guilford and
completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance course.
Fiona's 'Natural Health ' Yoga offers a slow and
grounding class which she helps you to flow and lengthen your muscles.
helps you to calm the mind through using the breathe.
are suitable for beginners and above.
Fiona offers one to one
classes for the individual or for groups up to to 3 in her own home.
On a Wednesday at
1.45-2.45 in the Kelsey Hall in Ifold and also at the Winterton
Hall [Plaistow village hall], on Wednesday evenings at 7.30-8.30
In November she is
studying to do her Yin yoga training to get deeper into your body and is
great if you do any form of exercise
